ABOUT THE ARTIST
Nikeeta Lakhiani is an Indian Indonesian self-taught artist based in Bali. Her paintings gravitate towards a simple aliveness — similar to that interconnected & experiential feeling one gets when in nature. She oscillates between meditative and expressionistic play on canvas. Her art is an exploration of relationships between gestures, colours, and marks — With the primary goal of portraying harmony and balance as seen and felt through her perspective. She primarily works with acrylics but enjoys a mixed range of media on canvas.
